Wellbeing and resilience assessments

Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing

Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing (Wraw) is a validated and evidence-based psychometric tool and survey that measures resilience and its impact on wellbeing. This powerful tool gives data-driven insight into the wellbeing and resilience of individuals, teams, leaders, and the whole organisation.

The Wraw tool measures wellbeing and resilience across five pillars. These pillars give a holistic overview of physical, emotional, mental, and social resilience.

Individual and team reports on resilience and the impact on wellbeing are generated based on the responses to an online questionnaire that takes around 15 minutes to complete. Our certified Wraw practitioners will then conduct one-to-one coaching sessions with individuals or facilitate group debrief sessions with teams. This will educate and empower individuals to take ownership of their own wellbeing and resilience.

Wraw can also provide separate reports for leaders and the whole organisation. The leader and organisation reports offer insights into leadership behaviours that influence employee resilience and highlight any specific pressure points, such as excessive working hours. This will educate and empower managers and leaders to build a safe and supportive working environment.

Using these analytics, our team can help you target investment in wellbeing interventions and inform the development of a robust wellbeing strategy.

Wellbeing risk assessments

We also provide wellbeing risk assessments where a systematic understanding of the likelihood and impact of specific threats to the wellbeing of an individual, team, or organisation is required. This might be before travel or deployment to a hostile environment or as part of a holistic security risk assessment, for example.

As part of the process, we help you better understand the level of risk that you are prepared to accept and co-design mitigation measures to reduce the assessed risks to an acceptable level.
